Coming Soon: Street & Area Light Repair Tool
Broken light? Light too bright? Need a new light? This new tool makes it easier to request needed light repairs in your neighborhood.
See a broken streetlight or fixture? Is an outdoor light too bright or too dim? Think your street could use a new streetlight? Our new Street & Area Light Repair tool will be launching soon and is making it easier than ever to notify us if something needs to be repaired.
Here’s a sneak peek at what is to come!
Find the light: With the new tool, you will be asked to enter the closest address, business name or cross street to the light you would like repaired. If you know the light’s pole number, you can enter it by selecting the “pole number” option from the drop-down menu. Want a closer look or the exact location? Check out street view or the location feature.
Report the light: Once you identify the light’s location, tell us about the light. Is it always on? Is there an obstruction? Is the light quality poor? The Street & Area Light Repair tool will guide you through selecting one of four options that best fits the description of what you want to report.
Just a note: When you confirm your light details, we ask that you please provide your contact information in case we need to follow up with you about the repair.
Repair the light: As we get to work repairing, it is easy for you to check the status of your lighting repair requests. You can sign up to receive updates on restoration times and when your repair is complete.
Looking to request a new streetlight? With the new tool, you can request a new light by tapping on the streetlight icon and dragging it to your preferred location on the map. Once requested, you will be contacted for additional details within a three-day window.
